Construction & renovation debris

Remodeling a kitchen, gutting a bathroom, re-roofing a ranch? We clear the jobsite between phases so your crew keeps moving, the driveway stays passable and inspectors have nothing to write up.

  • We work around your schedule
  • Dense loads by weight
  • Debris out between phases

What we take

What comes off a jobsite

Demo debris, tear-out material and the punch-list pile at the end. We load it by hand and sweep the staging area before we pull away.

  • Drywall, scrap & joint compound buckets
  • Lumber, studs & framing offcuts
  • Roofing shingles & underlayment
  • Carpet, padding & vinyl tear-out
  • Hardwood, laminate & subfloor
  • Ceramic tile, backer board & grout
  • Concrete, block & brick rubble
  • Old cabinets & countertops
  • Tubs, toilets, sinks & fixtures
  • Windows, doors & trim
  • Insulation, batts & sheathing
  • Siding, decking & fence panels
  • Pallets, crates & packaging
  • Punch-list debris & final clean-out

Dense material gets its own number. Concrete, block, brick, dirt and shingles are priced by weight rather than by volume, so a small pile of rubble is quoted differently than a truck of drywall. We can't take asbestos, contaminated soil, wet paint or solvents — those need a licensed hazardous handler.

What's included

In every flat price

Hand-loading, not a dumpster

No permit, no driveway damage, no container sitting in front of the house for two weeks. We load by hand and leave with it.

Scheduling around your phases

Early morning before the crew arrives, midday between trades, or end of day. Mon–Sat, 7am–6pm, same-day when we have a slot.

Sorted disposal & recycling

Clean metal, cardboard and reusable fixtures get diverted where we can. The rest goes to the proper facility.

Site left broom-clean

We sweep the staging area and the driveway so the next trade walks onto a clear jobsite.

Straight pricing

How pricing works on this job

Jobsite loads are priced by the space they take in the truck, quoted flat before we start. The exception is dense material — concrete, brick, dirt and shingles get a weight-based number instead, because a half-truck of rubble weighs more than a full truck of drywall.

Minimum $125 1–2 items

A few bags of demo debris or one fixture haul-off.

Quarter load $225 ~4 cubic yards

A small bathroom tear-out or a single room of flooring.

Most common Half load $375 ~8 cubic yards

A mid-size remodel pile — cabinets, drywall and trim.

Three-quarter $495 ~12 cubic yards

A full kitchen gut or most of a re-roof tear-off.

Full load $645 ~16 cubic yards

A whole-floor renovation or a full jobsite haul-off.

Labor, loading, fuel and disposal are included in the flat price. Dense loads — concrete, brick, dirt, shingles — are quoted by weight, and a few materials carry a landfill surcharge. You hear the number before we start, never after. Text a photo of the pile for the fastest ballpark.

Typical jobs

When contractors call us

Between phases

Demo is done, the tile guy comes Thursday, and the debris is in the way. We clear it overnight so nobody loses a day.

Kitchen or bath gut

Old cabinets, countertops, a cast-iron tub and the subfloor. One trip, out of the house, gone.

Roof tear-off

Shingles and underlayment stacked in the yard. Priced by weight, hauled the same day it comes off.

Flooring tear-out

Carpet rolls, padding, tack strip and tile rubble from a whole-floor replacement.

Final punch-list

The last pile of scrap, packaging and offcuts before the walk-through. We take it and sweep behind it.
