Labor & loading
Two-person crew, dollies and straps. We go into the basement, up to the attic, out to the shed — you point, we carry.
Disposal, donation & recycling
Furniture, appliances and household goods still in usable shape go to donation first. Metal and e-waste get recycled. The rest is disposed of properly.
Sweep-up before we leave
We sweep the garage floor or vacuum the room so the space is ready to use, not just empty.
Flat price, approved first
You see the number before we lift anything. Labor, loading, fuel and disposal are all in it.

How pricing works on this job
Residential jobs are priced by how much of the truck your stuff fills — not by the hour and not by the pound. We look at the pile, quote a flat number on the spot, and you decide before we start.

Most house cleanouts land at a half load. Dense material — concrete, brick, dirt, shingles — is priced by weight instead of volume, and a few items carry a landfill surcharge; either way you hear the number before we start. Send a photo of the pile with your request and we can usually give a ballpark before we roll up.

When people call us for this
An old sectional that will not fit back up the stairs, plus the treadmill nobody has run on. We take the stairs, not you.
The lease ends Friday and the movers won't take the mattress, the broken dresser or the garage shelving. We clear what's left behind.
