Light demolition only — nothing structural. We take down freestanding backyard structures; we don't touch anything holding up a roof, load-bearing walls, or work that needs a permit and an engineer. Hot tubs, decks and larger structures are quoted after we see them in person or in photos, because access and how it's anchored change the job.

Tear-down labor & tools
Saws, pry bars, gloves and a crew. We cut the deck into pieces or split the hot tub shell right there in the yard.
Same-trip haul-off
Demo and removal are one visit. Nothing gets left stacked in the yard waiting on a second appointment.
Yard raked & cleared
We pull the nails and screws we can find, rake the footprint, and leave you flat ground instead of a debris field.
Quoted before we cut
We look at access, size and how it's anchored, give you a flat price, and only start once you say go.

Yard waste and brush are priced by the space they take in the truck, same flat tiers as everything else. Tear-downs — hot tubs, sheds, decks, pools — are quoted after we see them, because access and anchoring change the labor as much as the volume does.

Dense material is priced by weight, not volume. Dirt, concrete, brick and shingles get a weight-based number instead of a load tier, and a few items carry a landfill surcharge — always quoted before we start. Send photos of the hot tub, deck or pile and we can usually narrow it down before we drive out.
