This policy explains how Junkin' It (“Junkin' It,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use this website or request junk removal service from us.
1. Information we collect

- Your name, phone number and email address
- The pickup address or ZIP code for your job
- What you need hauled, your preferred day and arrival window
- Any photos you upload through our quote form, or text or email us about the job
- Whether you consented to receive text messages from us

Like most websites, our host may log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited and the time of your visit. We use this only to keep the site working and to understand roughly how many people find us.
2. How we use your information
- To prepare and send you a price for your job
- To schedule, confirm and complete your pickup
- To text or call you about your quote and appointment, including a heads-up before the crew arrives
- To send you a receipt or invoice
- To respond to questions, complaints or follow-up requests
- To keep records we are required to keep for tax, insurance and disposal purposes
3. Text messages and SMS consent
If you check the SMS consent box on our quote form, or text us directly, you agree to receive text messages from us about your quote and your appointment. Message frequency depends on your job. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts.
- Reply HELP for help, or call us at (470) 402-5427.
- Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment — call us if you need to reschedule.
- We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or your SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to run the business:
- Service providers — the email, phone, payment processing and scheduling tools we use to operate. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Disposal, donation and recycling partners — where a transfer station, charity or recycler requires a record of the load's origin.
- Legal and safety — when we are required to by law, subpoena or court order, or where we reasonably need to in order to protect our property, our crew or someone's safety.
5. Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
6. How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as we need them for accounting, insurance and warranty purposes, and then delete them. If you want your information removed sooner, email us and we will delete whatever we are not legally required to keep.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive information such as bank account numbers or a Social Security number through this website.

- Opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link or replying to ask
